2-daagse Angkor Wat met Small, Big Circuit en Banteay Srei Tour

Communication with the company prior to the day of the tour was excellent and we were kept informed of what was going to happen - pick up timings etc. During our two day tour, our guide Sophea, and driver took us to all of the main temples of the small circuit and some of the well known and less well known temples of the large circuit. Sophea knew each site intimately and was able to point out some of the less obvious features as well as showing us the best spots for photographic opportunities, especially the 'essential' sunrise shots - ideal for budding Instagrammers! He was also more than happy to take photographs of us at some great spots. If he ever gives up bring a guide, I am sure Sophea could have a great profession as a wedding photographer ????. At each site, Sophea brought the temple to life with interesting stories and great historical knowledge of the buildings, the iconography and the lives of the people who built and lived in the temples. Along the way we got a glimpse into the ancient and more modern history of Cambodia, from the Khmer kings through to the Khmer Rouge and present day Cambodia. Our driver was very safe and was always ready at the end of each stop off with a cold water and cooling towel - most welcome in 30C+ heat! On both days we stopped off at a restaurant to try some Cambodian food which was very nice, and we were able to have comfort breaks along the way as required. Overall it was an excellent couple of days spent getting to learn more about the temples of Angkor Wat and the history of Cambodia at pace that enabled us to see and learn plenty without getting 'templed out' We highly recommend a tour with 'Happy Angkor Tour'

Excellent trip. We had a great experience with Mr Thean (guide) and Mr Sreang (driver). Extremely courteous, knowledgeable and also very humurous. We loved our trips across multiple temples and Mr. Thean took great care to explain the history behind each location. He is also a great photographer :D

I highly recommend taking this tour if you want to walk away with heaps of great photos and also a lot of insightful knowledge about Angkor Wat and all the other associated temples and buidings. My guide Bun was exceptional and answered all questions with clarity and spoke really great English. He had a real sense of pride and care for his people and Cambodia. My driver San would make sure there was a bottle of cold water and an icy cold lemongrass towel to refresh yourself with everytime we got back in the car. When you are covering so much ground under the sun, this was a blessing in itself. This is the tour you want to book if you have made the effort to come and see Angkor Wat.
